- Alerts that turn into work. Checks raise alerts, and alerts open tickets with SLA timers.
- Fixes with guardrails. Safety-tiered playbooks: safe fixes run automatically if you opt in, risky ones wait for approval, and nothing reboots on its own.
- Patching that starts with what attackers use. Known-exploited vulnerabilities first, using your own patching account.
- Security in the same agent. SIEM and EDR alerting, device isolation and release, DNS filtering and phishing simulations.
- Backup with tested restores.
- Network and printer monitoring using your own vendor API keys.
- Compliance evidence exports.
Security of the platform itself
Every endpoint joins an encrypted mesh with per-client access rules, so nothing listens on open inbound ports. Admin tools sit behind SSO and MFA. Remote sessions use single-use, short-lived links scoped to one client. Remote sessions, script runs and remediation are logged. Controls aligned with SOC 2, management attestation available on request.
